Behind on Previous Bookkeeping:

We also offer catch-up bookkeeping preparation for previous years. This service is available ONLY to Account Simply subscription clients. The cost for catch-up services are the same as the Silver or Gold packages at the same monthly rate.

Things to Know:

  • Bookkeeping service includes up to four business accounts (bank/credit card accounts). (2 account for Sole Proprietors)

  • Payroll includes up to 7 employees paid weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly.

  • Your personal and financial information is confidential, and never used or shared for any purpose other than supporting your accounting needs by Account Simply.

  • 1099 & W2 Preparation: Seven 1099's are included; there will be a onetime $5 fee for each additional 1099.  W-2 prep is included.

  • Please allow up to 1 business day for responses to your accounting questions.

  • Account Simply will never charge you for a service beyond your monthly subscription fee without full disclosure and your approval.

  • There is no contract, and you can cancel your subscription any time with a 30-day written notice by email or mail.
